Description
Philadelphia Gas Works seeks pricing for 21 new 2027 Bobcat PA185V portable air compressors built to its detailed specifications. Bidders must price all 21 units with the standard manufacturer’s warranty and provide an anticipated delivery lead time; pricing for optional two-, three-, four-, and five-year extended warranty packages may also be submitted. Warranty prices must clearly state whether they are per unit or for all 21 compressors. Substitutes may be offered if fully described and compared item by item, but exceptions to the specifications or terms and conditions may make a bid nonresponsive. The bid response must include the completed general specification fields, pricing and lead time, and the required bidding forms and certifications. The successful vendor must order the equipment from the manufacturer within 30 days of award and provide order and delivery documentation. Manuals and other delivery-stage documents are also specified, but are not bid-submission items.
