Description
UNDP seeks a complete refrigerated cold-room system for fish storage, with an intended capacity of approximately 7–10 tonnes and an operating temperature of approximately -18°C. The supply includes insulated panels and floor, door, refrigeration equipment and controls, piping, lighting, and an air curtain, as well as one flake ice machine rated at 500 kg per 24 hours and an ice storage container with at least 300 kg capacity. The supplier must deliver, install, test, and commission the equipment, including equipment-specific electrical and refrigeration connections; separate civil works are excluded. The scope also includes site verification and coordination, training for operators and at least three local technicians, Portuguese-language operating and maintenance manuals, technical and commissioning records, warranty documentation, and after-sales support. The solicitation requires a minimum 12-month warranty and one-year insurance for the complete system after handover. Bidders must provide technical compliance evidence, implementation and training plans, team qualifications, company experience and financial-capacity evidence, and a completed financial offer.
