Description
The Department of the Air Force is establishing a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract for repair services supporting 415 SCMS programs and systems. The scope includes test, teardown, and evaluation; minor and major repairs; total rebuilds; engineering change proposals; verification and testing; other direct costs; and related activities needed to restore assets to a serviceable condition. Task orders will generally use firm-fixed-price arrangements, with requirements, NSNs, quantities, delivery schedules, and pricing established at the task-order level. This solicitation is restricted to qualified sources. Offerors must be qualified for at least one NSN through the AFMC 762 approved-source process or submit a Source Approval Request package under the Repair Qualification Requirements. Initial submissions must include the required qualification package when applicable, a Notice of Intent to Participate, applicable solicitation clauses, and representations and certifications. The Letter of Intent template requests company information, CAGE code, points of contact, currently qualified NSNs, and proposed additional NSNs. Contractors must also submit a Counterfeit Prevention Plan as the first task order and comply with CMMC Level 2 (Self), NIST SP 800-171 assessment requirements, and applicable technical and cybersecurity requirements. The basic ordering period is five years with one five-year option, and the estimated maximum contract value is $300,000,000; pricing for individual repairs will be requested through future Fair Opportunity Proposal Requests.
