Description
Los Alamos County is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive Records Management System (RMS) to replace its existing system. The system must support the recording and indexing of land, marriage, probate, and government records in compliance with New Mexico statutory requirements. Key features include high-volume document imaging, data migration, AI-assisted indexing, OCR, and redaction of personally identifiable information. The system must integrate with the County's financial and Assessor systems and maintain permanent retention in non-proprietary archival formats. It must also provide a secure public portal for online searching, viewing watermarked images, purchasing copies, and subscription-based access for title companies. An online marriage application module with electronic signature capture is also required. The selected vendor will enter into a services agreement with the County.
