Description
The County of San Diego is seeking as-needed delivery of new 10,000-gallon water storage tanks to support firefighting operations, particularly in remote and rural areas. Tanks must meet detailed specifications, including carbon steel or equivalent construction, roll-off design, lifting lugs, manways, ports, drain connections, feed line, specified interior and exterior coatings or approved equivalents, ladder and platform, and pressure/vacuum relief ventilation. The contractor must provide transportation, appropriate permits, escort vehicles when necessary, and all staff and equipment required to offload the tanks. Orders will be placed as needed, with delivery locations within San Diego County. The response must include completed required forms, technical confirmations and product documentation, delivery and warranty information, acceptance of contract terms, and a completed payment schedule. Quotes must be submitted electronically in PDF format through the County's procurement portal, with handwritten signatures on the quote.
