Description
The City seeks a consultant to manage project activities; develop a strategic plan and the Commission’s first annual report; and review, refine, and document the Commission’s community engagement strategy. Work includes coordinating with Commission members and City staff, developing project milestones and status updates, synthesizing community input and City materials, and providing an editable annual report template with training or instructions for future updates. Public-facing deliverables must be provided in editable source and accessible, publication-ready formats. Web content must meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA, and non-web documents must meet applicable WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA criteria consistent with WCAG2ICT guidance and City accessibility requirements. Proposals are limited to 10 pages, with an optional separate PDF appendix. The award may not exceed $50,000.
