Description
The City of Columbus Public Health Department is soliciting a first-tier wholesaler distributor or manufacturer-direct supplier for a Universal Term Contract to provide and deliver Public Health Service pharmaceuticals for health department operations. The contract covers a representative list of prescription drugs, vaccines, injectables, contraceptives, and related pharmaceutical products supplied through the 340B Program, with additional products potentially added during the contract term. Bidders must quote a fixed administrative-fee percentage applied to published PHS pricing and submit a corresponding price list or catalog information. Products must be new, unused, current, and have at least one year remaining before expiration at shipment; unused products may be returned six months before expiration for full credit. The estimated annual expenditure is $125,000, although purchases are not guaranteed and may reach twice the estimated quantity. The proposed contract runs from execution through December 31, 2029, with a possible one-year extension by mutual agreement. Responders must provide proposal worksheets, experience and manufacturer-relationship documentation, at least four similar customer references, subcontractor information if applicable, and any required supporting attachments. Delivery is to be made to the Columbus Public Health Department, and bidders must identify delivery lead time, pricing, catalog or website details, and any minimum order requirements.
