Description
The National Research Council of Canada, on behalf of the Government of Canada and its partners, seeks a secure, scalable, bilingual web-based digital platform for reporting, reviewing, analyzing, and visualizing embodied-carbon emissions in building and infrastructure construction projects. Required capabilities include material and project data intake; import and export of compatible whole-building life-cycle assessment reports and raw data; automated validation; dashboards; customizable reporting; and creation of an anonymized public dataset. The scope includes platform design, development, configuration, deployment, and ongoing support. The platform must comply with Government of Canada security requirements for Protected A information and Canadian data-residency requirements. The estimated contract period is 36 months, with a proposed start date of January 31, 2027.
