Description
Canada’s Department of National Defence is seeking Demolition Kit, Bangalore Torpedo M1A2 units: 264 firm units for each of two delivery depots, plus an unfunded option for 132 units at each depot. Each kit must include ten explosive-filled tube assemblies, ten connecting sleeves, one nose sleeve, and a container. The tubes and assemblies must meet detailed physical, performance, packaging, and service-life requirements, including compliance with MIL-DTL-2087E and components less than 24 months old at delivery. The offer must include a completed Compliance Verification Matrix, four signed offeror certifications, supporting technical documentation and test results, an official explosives authorization and classification document, and a quality plan or lot acceptance test plan. The successful contractor will also provide safety and suitability-for-service documentation and a limited technical data package after award. The procurement is subject to Canada’s Controlled Goods Program; no security clearance is required.
