Description
Sankofa Freedom Academy Charter School is soliciting proposals for dedicated, fully managed, symmetrical Internet access with a minimum bandwidth of 5 Gbps and pricing options for 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 Gbps tiers. The solution must include all equipment, facilities, installation, configuration, testing, activation, monitoring, technical support, and an enforceable service-level agreement. Vendors may propose leased fiber, hybrid fiber/coaxial, fixed wireless, or another technology that meets the bandwidth, symmetry, reliability, and SLA requirements. Customer premises equipment, managed routers, licensing, maintenance, and support must be included when required. Pricing must separately identify eligible and ineligible components, monthly recurring charges, non-recurring charges, special construction, installation labor, taxes, fees, and pricing for each funding year. Proposals must include service-provider identification information, terms and conditions, tiered pricing, SLA details, and the requested compliance information. The initial service term runs from July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2030, with up to two optional one-year renewal periods subject to mutual written agreement.
