Watonga Public Library is soliciting technology-neutral bids for Category One internet access and data transmission services, together with Category One network equipment, supporting bandwidth from 100 Mbps through 400 Mbps. Installation and initial configuration are required for both service requests. Bids must provide pricing in 50 Mbps increments, identify the proposed broadband technology, basic firewall or network security features, equipment or special-construction costs, and all monthly recurring, non-recurring, installation, equipment, and other associated charges. Vendors must provide a Service Level Agreement, possess a valid Service Provider Identification Number, meet applicable regulatory or carrier-certification requirements, and support required E-Rate and Oklahoma Universal Service Fund filings. Contracts may run up to five years, with a one-year term plus four voluntary annual renewals preferred; any resulting contract is contingent on successful E-Rate funding.
