Description
The U.S. Navy is seeking repair or modification of six amplifier power units identified by NSN 7R-1680-016422016-P8, TDP Version 001. Delivery is FOB origin. The item is flight critical and requires engineering source approval by the design control activity before contract award; only previously approved sources have been solicited. An alternate source must qualify under the applicable Government engineering procedures and submit the technical information required by the NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Source Approval Information Brochure with its proposal. The notice states that the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under FAR 6.302-1, although interested parties may submit capability information for consideration.
