Description
The United States Space Force is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather market intelligence on industry capabilities for the Protected Anti-Jam Tactical SATCOM Enterprise Mission Management (PATSEMM) effort. PATSEMM aims to provide comprehensive mission planning, mission operations, mission product generation, and systems integration functions for the Protected Tactical Waveform (PTW) across various satellite systems, including WGS, PTS-G, PTS-P, and commercial constellations. The scope encompasses both classified SIPR and unclassified NIPR environments. Key areas of interest include mission planning workflows, SATCOM resource management, operational control of ground elements and satellite constellations, cross-domain data preparation, and system integration. The government is particularly interested in solutions that can rapidly insert capabilities, build upon existing systems, and minimize impacts to current interface control documents. Responses should address scalability, extensibility, and applicability to multiple satellite system implementations, with vendors encouraged to propose solutions for specific subsections of the scope or a full enterprise solution. The government may provide development and production environments, and vendors are expected to provide Government Purpose Rights for any delivered solutions.
