Description
The Town of Robbins is requesting proposals from development teams specializing in the conveyance and redevelopment of former mill sites. The Town intends to convey ownership of the Robbins Mill property to an approved redevelopment proposal for a potential economic development project. Questions must be submitted in writing by September 29, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Responses will be issued by addendum. Proposals may be submitted as PDF attachments by email, although the provided notice is truncated before stating the complete submission instructions or deadline.
