Description
The City of North Bay is seeking proposals from Chartered Professional Accountants holding a Public Accountants License to provide external audit and related professional services. The scope includes annual audits of accounts and transactions and opinions on the financial statements of the municipality and its local boards and affiliated entities. Services are required for eight participating entities, including the City of North Bay, North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit, North Bay Public Library Board, Downtown Improvement Area Board of Management, North Bay Jack Garland Airport Corporation, The Business Centre Nipissing Parry Sound Inc., North Bay Hydro Holdings Limited, and Invest North Bay. Invest North Bay is estimated to require services for 2026 only. The maximum term is five years covering fiscal years 2026–2030, subject to satisfactory performance.
