Description
The Navy is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quote for one Chart, Inc. Perma-Cyl 7000 VHP microbulk liquid nitrogen tank, with no substitutions. The tank must have a minimum capacity of 1,750 gallons and meet detailed pressure, temperature, flow, size, mounting, instrumentation, safety, valve, piping, and construction requirements. It must be mercury-free and comply with the specified ASME, CGA, and ANSI standards. The solicitation also requires three sets of technical manuals and a digital copy, including operating, maintenance, repair, parts, piping, and tank drawing information. The quote must include the completed technical capability certification chart, descriptive literature, pricing, delivery lead time, and acknowledgment of any solicitation amendments. The government evaluates technical acceptability, price, and past performance, with award based on the lowest aggregate price among technically acceptable offers. Delivery is required by February 11, 2027.
