Description
The City of Philadelphia is soliciting 24 entryway scraper floor mats measuring 3 feet wide by 10 feet long and 3/8 inch high. Mats must be charcoal with a diamond pattern, non-slip backing certified by the National Floor Safety Institute, standard black rubber edging, and bi-level construction that scrapes and traps dirt and moisture. The mats must include reinforced rubber nubs, a water-dam border holding up to 1.5 gallons per square yard, and solution-dyed PET fabric weighing at least 24 ounces per square yard with stain resistance. Waterhog brand Diamond Mats are identified for reference, but no specific manufacturer, brand, or model is required.
