Description
The United Nations Development Programme is establishing a roster of qualified national individual consultants legally residing in Lebanon and authorized to work there. The roster covers eight positions within the Economic Development and Livelihoods thematic area: Food Systems and Agricultural Recovery; Market Value Chain and Market Systems Development; Livelihoods and Economic Resilience; Private Sector, Entrepreneurship Development and SME Support; Finance; Microfinance; Economics and Statistics; and Public Finance Management. Consultants may apply for one or more positions and for Senior Specialist, Specialist, or Junior Specialist categories, subject to the stated education and experience requirements. Work may include assessments, advisory reports, guidance and practical tools, capacity-building, stakeholder and project support, monitoring, and recommendations for economic recovery, resilience, financial inclusion, market development, agriculture, livelihoods, entrepreneurship, and public financial management. Applicants must submit a separate motivation letter and financial offer for each position, along with a signed P11 form or CV containing relevant experience and at least three references. Inclusion in the roster does not guarantee an assignment; selected roster consultants may later participate in assignment-specific secondary competitions.
