This solicitation outlines the qualification requirements for becoming an approved source to repair the Protection and Control Assembly, NSN 5998-01-265-1040, P/N 762R370G01, used in the F-16 C/D AN/APG-68 Radar Dual Mode Transmitter. Potential offerors must notify the government of their intent to qualify and demonstrate capabilities in repair, inspection, testing, packaging, and storage. This includes having access to necessary facilities, equipment, and personnel, and making them available for government evaluation. Offerors must possess a complete data package, including Northrop Grumman drawing 762R370G01 and associated procedures and specifications. The repair process must conform to ESA-approved engineering/technical data, comply with Unique Identification (UID) requirements, and include submission of quality, performance, and environmental evaluation data at the offeror's expense. A qualification test plan and report must be submitted for prior approval by 416 SCMS/GUEAA, with the government retaining the right to inspect testing processes. An advance notice of 30 days is required for any government-witnessed testing.
