Description
The U.S. Army intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for 14 new European-specification commercial trailers supporting Common User Land Transportation in the European theater: four flatbed trailers, four rollerized box trailers, four curtainsider trailers, one Type 2 lowbed trailer, and one Type 3 lowbed trailer. The trailers must have factory-standard ADR EX II or EX III hazardous-materials and munitions transport compliance, as applicable. Quotes will be evaluated using a lowest-price technically approved product approach. Respondents must submit technical literature demonstrating compliance, a capability statement addressing delivery and subcontractor arrangements, procurement history for similar products provided in Europe within the last five years, pricing aligned with the SF 1449 line items, required representations and certifications, and the requested company-identification information. Delivery is required no later than six months after award.
