Bidders may submit for one or more lots and must provide pricing for all items within each lot bid. Delivery is DAP to multiple locations in Ukraine, with delivery periods of up to 90 days for Lots 1, 2, and 4 and up to 180 days for Lot 3, measured from contract signing.
