Description
The Legislative Assembly of British Columbia is soliciting proposals from qualified mechanical engineering professionals to provide services for projects at the Parliament Buildings and Legislative Precinct. These services will be provided on an "as-needed" basis and may encompass a range of tasks including site investigations, condition evaluations, schematic design, design development, detailed design, tender document preparation (excluding legal and procurement aspects), site reviews and inspections, construction management, installation support, creation of "as-is" drawings, and the development of lifecycle maintenance plans.
