Lyman Town is requesting bids for three scopes of work at Lyman Town Hall and its surrounding property: remove and replace approximately 1,650 square feet of exterior siding using 36-inch SL-16 metal panels, including J-channel, base trim, sealants, other materials, cleanup, and disposal of the old materials; remove and replace all existing town hall windows with specified double-pane, white-vinyl units meeting applicable safety, sealant, and code requirements; and substantially prune and remove limbs from the Lyman Town Historical Tree to improve future safety and stability.
