Description
The University of Maryland Global Campus seeks a qualified vendor to design, develop, deliver, integrate, and maintain custom AI-enabled, skills-focused, short-form, non-credit learning content aligned with workforce needs. Services include modular and competency-aligned learning experiences, interactive activities, assessments, learner support, analytics and reporting, accessibility compliance, integration with D2L Brightspace, project management, quality assurance, platform support, and ongoing content maintenance. Credit-bearing curriculum development may also be requested at the University's option. The resulting vehicle is intended to be a single-award IDIQ contract supporting future task orders. Program Development Services are expected to be priced separately from Recurring Services; typical task orders are anticipated to include approximately three months of development and twelve months of recurring services. The initial contract term is three years with two one-year renewal options, and the aggregate value of task orders may not exceed $1,000,000. Proposals must include detailed technical and price submissions, case studies, an accessibility conformance report, security and AI governance information, service-level documentation, required affidavits and references, a certificate of insurance, and the completed price proposal workbook.
