Description
The Federal Acquisition Service is seeking wheelchair accessible light vehicles for their 2025 program. Key upcoming events include Vendor Pre-Bid Intentions and Comment Collector from March 30 to May 15, 2026. The Open Season Notice is scheduled for May 11, 2026, followed by an Industry Day on May 27, 2026. Open Season rounds are planned from June 1 to July 30, 2026 (Round 1), August 31 to October 2, 2026 (Round 2), and October 22 to November 12, 2026 (Round 3). Ordering will be open in GSAFleet.gov for the Next Model Year starting December 14, 2026. All dates are subject to change. Vehicle supplier accounts on GSAFleet.gov can only be created by GSA. The original solicitation may have outdated contracting personnel and/or FAR clauses, which will be updated at the time of award.
