Description
New Brunswick Power is seeking a supplier to manufacture, test, inspect, package, and deliver 7,000 welded ASTM B338 Grade 2 titanium condenser tubes for the Bayside Unit 3 steam surface condenser. The order includes 6,650 tubes at 22 BWG and 350 tubes at 18 BWG, each 26.27 feet long, with 1-inch outside diameter, plus a separately priced spreader beam/bar. The tubes must meet detailed dimensional, welding, cleanliness, nondestructive testing, packaging, marking, and quality requirements, including eddy-current, ultrasonic, pneumatic, and physical testing. The supplier must provide pricing in Canadian dollars on a delivered-duty-paid basis, an estimated fabrication and delivery schedule, recent relevant condenser-project experience, exceptions, a quality-assurance manual, and other bid documentation. The required delivery date is August 2, 2027. The contract is for a one-time supply and delivery requirement, remaining in effect until delivery, acceptance, warranty obligations, and deficiencies are resolved.
