Description
The United Nations Development Programme in Pakistan is seeking a supplier for a comprehensive package of IT equipment to establish virtual courts in Gilgit-Baltistan. The requirement includes professional 4K panoramic and PTZ cameras, camera controllers, video production and streaming equipment, microphones, audio mixers, courtroom speakers, displays, monitors, document visualizers, workstations, recording servers, network-attached storage, firewalls, managed PoE switches, structured cabling, fiber backbone, UPS equipment, racks, computers, laptops, webcams, mixers, speakers, cables, and related accessories. The supplier must quote all required items and include transportation and installation in the total price. Delivery is on DAP terms with installation, and the equipment must be new, unused, supported by a standard manufacturer's warranty through an authorized local provider in Pakistan, and subject to inspection and formal acceptance. The solicitation requires company and technical information, evidence of relevant experience, financial records, prior contract documentation, a bid security, and completed quotation and technical/financial offer annexes.
