Description
The City of Columbus Recreation and Parks Department is soliciting bids for a Universal Term Contract to supply and deliver trophies, plaques, award medals, standard ribbons, and custom ribbons for city leagues, tournaments, and events. Required products include multiple trophy sizes and configurations, engraved or laser-engraved brass plates, plaques with sport emblems, standard medals with neck drapes, and custom ribbons with logos or text. Products must meet specified material, size, quality, engraving, and logo requirements, and bidders may propose catalog pricing with firm discounts. The proposed contract term is April 1, 2027, through March 31, 2030, with a possible one-year extension by mutual agreement. The City estimates annual spending of approximately $30,000 but provides no purchase guarantee. Bidders must submit pricing, catalog or price-list information, experience documentation, a capability and warranty-service letter, manufacturer-relationship history, at least four similar customer references, and any applicable subcontractor information. The bid must be submitted electronically through the City's Vendor Services portal, with attachments in PDF format.
