Description
Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors is soliciting bids for construction work on two highway segments in the Peace Region. The scope includes aggregate supply, subgrade excavation, granular fill, cold milling of asphalt pavement, asphalt concrete pavement using specified mix types, inlaid durable roadway lines, highway line painting, milled rumble strips, pavement markings, and related work. Approximate quantities include 45,970 tonnes of aggregate, 3,270 cubic metres of subgrade excavation, 3,811 tonnes of granular fill, 108,730 square metres of cold milling, 39,850 tonnes of asphalt concrete pavement, and 5,070 metres of inlaid durable roadway lines. The estimated contract period is nine months, with a proposed start date of November 17, 2026, and a completion date of September 15, 2027.
