Description
The project includes patching and resurfacing approximately 1,249 m² of existing asphalt, repairing potholes and low spots, adjusting manhole covers to new grades, and applying asphalt seal coat. The contractor must also repaint parking lines and markings and restore affected landscaping, including topsoil and seeding. Work includes coordinating the construction schedule with the owner and maintaining site safety and operations during construction. The tender requires a completed Section E Tender Form and bid security: for tenders up to $3 million, either a bid bond of at least 10% plus a surety letter for a 50% performance bond, or a security deposit of at least 10%. The tender form requests the proposed subcontractors and suppliers for paving, milling, removals, landscaping, and line painting. A preliminary project schedule is also required. The work must be completed by November 30, 2026.
