Description
The City of Shawano Department of Public Works is soliciting proposals for one 2026 or 2027 full-size, four-wheel-drive pickup truck. Acceptable configurations include a regular cab with an 8-foot box or an extended, quad, or crew cab with a 6-foot 5-inch box and spray-on bed liner. The truck must include a tow/haul package, a V6 or V8 engine producing at least 300 horsepower, all-season all-terrain tires, and rubber all-weather floor mats throughout the interior; gray is preferred, although other colors may be considered for leftover 2026 inventory. The quoted price must include all installations, delivery, mounting, warranty, and readiness for use. The manufacturer’s full detailed cuts and specifications must accompany the proposal, and any deviations must be listed on a separate sheet signed by the dealer or representative. Delivery is for fall 2026 and must be guaranteed within 60 days, with the earliest delivery date identified in the quote. The proposal form requires the equipment price, applicable rebates or discounts, total purchase price, delivery date, and proposer information.
