Description
The United Nations Development Programme's Costa Rica office is seeking 2,480 individual portable kits for qualitative detection of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB) in transformer dielectric oil. Kits must use colorimetric testing, detect concentrations of 50 ppm or less, produce results within 10 minutes, be suitable for direct field use, include clear Spanish instructions, and have at least 12 months of remaining shelf life at final delivery. The supplier must deliver under DDP Incoterms 2020 within 60 calendar days after the purchase order is issued, provide a minimum 12-month warranty, and replace kits damaged by manufacturing defects during the warranty period. Offers must include the completed technical compliance form, financial pricing in the procurement system, company and legal-registration information, at least three similar sales or projects from the last five years, at least three satisfactory-performance references or equivalent records, and the required technical and supporting documentation. Award will be based on technical compliance and the lowest price.
