Description
The United Nations Development Programme in the Philippines is soliciting one consolidated contract for seven brand-new, fully configured vehicles across two lots. The fleet comprises a mini light truck with a steel-mesh dropside body; a mobile-kitchen vehicle; food-waste collection trucks with tail lifts; organic- and plastic-waste collection trucks; a food-waste tanker; and a boom-crane truck. Vehicles must meet detailed payload, configuration, safety, homologation, and Philippine registration requirements, with delivery to beneficiary local government units in Ilagan City, Maasin City, San Jose del Monte City, Koronadal City, and Cagayan de Oro City. The requirement also includes registration, comprehensive and third-party-liability insurance, decals, DPU delivery and unloading, operator training, warranties, spare-parts support, and after-sales service coverage for Regions II, III, VIII, X, and XII. Bidders must submit complete technical, qualification, financial, and after-sales documentation using the amended prescribed forms; bids may cover one or both lots but must cover every line within each selected lot.
