Description
The National Research Council Canada requires two new, commercially supported high-precision programmable DC voltage sources to replace aging Fluke 5440 sources used in a high-DC-resistance measurement and calibration system. Each source must provide programmable output from 0 V to at least 1,025 V across at least five selectable ranges, with positive and negative polarities, specified 24-hour stability and one-year accuracy, and documented remote control through an IEEE-488 (GPIB) interface. The proposal must demonstrate compliance with mandatory technical criteria and include manufacturer specifications, performance-verification data, and a valid calibration certificate. The equipment must be delivered by December 18, 2026, and the supplier must provide at least one year of warranty coverage and one year of hardware maintenance support, including weekday technical assistance by telephone and email. The maximum available funding is CAD 90,000, excluding applicable taxes; offers above that amount will be non-compliant.
