Description
The United Nations Development Programme is soliciting quotations for the supply and delivery of 80 single-phase smart meters, 20 three-phase smart meters, 100 meter boxes and enclosures, and 100 sets of installation accessories, including cables, seals, terminals, and mounting hardware. The specified meters must support features including switchable prepayment and post-payment modes, smart energy management, tamper detection, automatic disconnection and reconnection, and remote metering or automation as applicable to the meter type. The quotation must include technical compliance information, delivery timing and plan, accepted delivery terms, packing compliance, a one-year warranty, after-sales services and local service support, transport details, company and registration information, relevant project experience, and required declarations. Samples are required for evaluation, and award is expected to be based on the lowest-priced substantially compliant offer with accepted samples. The contract is expected to be a purchase order for goods.
