Description
Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors is requesting proposals exclusively from proponents pre-qualified in its Major Bridges category for two projects: BF09910-1, involving bridge deck overlay and other work on Highway 44 over Dapp Creek, and BF76054-2, involving bridge deck overlay and other work on southbound Highway 2 over CN Railway tracks. The scope also includes preliminary engineering, detailed design, contract tendering, contract administration, construction and fabrication supervision, post-construction activities, and warranty inspection. This is a selective Request for Proposal, not an Invitation to Tender. Proposals must be submitted as two separate PDF files: Part One (Technical Qualifications) and Part Two (Proposal Fee); each file must be less than 10 MB. Submissions from proponents not pre-qualified in the Major Bridges category will be returned without review. The estimated contract period is 73 months, with a proposed start date of October 31, 2026.
