Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs’ Oklahoma City VA Health Care System is conducting a sources-sought request for information regarding a multi-year service agreement for uninterruptible power supply equipment. The anticipated scope includes annual preventive maintenance performed according to original equipment manufacturer recommendations, calibration, on-request breakdown repairs, safety checks, software updates, and the labor, travel, and materials needed to maintain the listed equipment. Batteries, air filters, and full-bank capacitor replacements are excluded replacement parts. The contractor must provide 24-hour, seven-day repair support, respond by telephone within two working hours, and be on site within four hours when necessary. Services are generally to be performed on station, with annual service reports and calibration certifications provided to the VA. Respondents must state their business size, provide a DUNS number, identify whether they hold a relevant FSS/GSA contract, and provide the contract number if applicable. This is an RFI/sources-sought notice for market research only; no award will be made from the response.
