Description
The Ministry of Youth and Sports is seeking a vendor to provide an outdoor-rated digital LED screen wall measuring 16 feet wide by 10 feet tall for broadcasting races with high-definition video and audio. The screen must be safely installed at a viewing vantage point on the beach using a truss structure. The service must include generator power for the screen and all required safety measures, including counterweights and/or rigging safety lines. If concrete ballasts are used, crane service for placing and removing them must be included. Quotes must account for 10% VAT where applicable and include the required business, tax, NIB registration, and quotation documents.
