Description
Global Affairs Canada is seeking a managing contractor to manage and implement the Economic and Technical Cooperation (ECOTECH) Program established under the Canada-Indonesia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement. The contractor will provide day-to-day program management, operational and administrative support, technical cooperation, stakeholder engagement, financial and risk management, monitoring and evaluation, reporting, knowledge management, and secretariat support for the joint ECOTECH Committee. The scope includes planning and managing approved activities; designing and delivering technical assistance, capacity building, advisory, training, institutional-strengthening, and pilot initiatives; mobilizing consultants, technical experts, implementing organizations, and other service providers; coordinating Canadian and Indonesian stakeholders; preparing work plans, performance frameworks, reports, briefings, and committee materials; and maintaining program, financial, performance, and risk records. The work requires operational capacity and qualified personnel in Indonesia, with travel potentially required in Indonesia, Canada, and other locations. The initial term is two years with up to three additional one-year option periods. No security requirement applies.
