Description
The United Nations Development Programme is seeking a supplier to provide, deliver, install, test, and commission a complete public-address and audio-visual system for the Green Venture Zone. The scope includes ceiling and surface-mounted speakers, digital IP amplifiers and controllers, wired call stations, speaker cabling, junction boxes, equipment racks, a 65-inch display, projection screen, high-resolution multimedia projector with stand, and a desktop computer with monitor and accessories. The supplier must provide new equipment from authorized manufacturers, technical compliance information, manufacturer datasheets, catalogues or brochures, installation and commissioning, user documentation, training-related support as specified, and at least a one-year warranty and after-sales service. The quotation must include technical and financial pricing, delivery planning, company and legal documentation, relevant project experience, satisfactory-performance references, financial reports, applicable manufacturer authorization, implementation and operations plans, and relevant organizational policies or declarations.
