Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a quotation for 12 synthetic rubber cushioning pads, NSN 2590-00-725-5271, under purchase request 7017673873. The item must comply with the cited technical and quality requirements, including the referenced drawing data, a 36-month non-extendable shelf life, origin inspection and acceptance, and applicable DLA packaging requirements. Delivery is required within 20 days after acknowledgment of delivery order, FOB origin, with packaging and marking in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E and MIL-STD-129. The procurement is full and open competition and is not a small-business set-aside. Access to the export-controlled technical data requires approved Joint Certification Program certification and DLA authorization; proposed items produced using additive manufacturing are not eligible unless specifically authorized.
