Cherry Hill Township is seeking a qualified municipal advisor to support any issuance of debt, including bonds, bond anticipation notes, emergency notes, refunding, refinancing, other municipal obligations, and related financial studies. The advisor will provide independent financial advice, consult on debt-financing projects, manage note and bond financing processes, negotiate key transaction points, and serve solely in the Township’s interest. The selected advisor will also serve as dissemination agent and provide annual continuing disclosure compliance services. Minimum qualifications include registration as a municipal advisor with the Securities and Exchange Commission and Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board, compliance with specified MSRB rules, and identification of at least one associated individual who has passed the MSRB Municipal Advisor Representative Qualification Examination (Series 50).
