Description
Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada requires the supply and delivery of a flow metering test bench to Ottawa, Ontario. Suppliers must satisfy the mandatory technical evaluation criteria identified in the request for proposal. The contract runs from award through one year after acceptance, with up to four additional one-year periods for optional additional services. The procurement uses competitive open bidding, is available to eligible Canadian suppliers and trading partners, and will be awarded based on lowest price.
