Description
Ohio University is reissuing an RFP to establish a pool of pre-qualified local vendors for vending services at its Chillicothe, St. Clairsville, and Ironton regional campuses. Vendors will provide food, snacks, and beverages for purchase and service the vending machines. Any of the university’s regional campuses may use awarded vendors as needed under the program. The solicitation is for Ohio University only and does not involve joint awards with Miami University. The attached materials include reference copies of an IT security survey, a non-disclosure and data protection agreement to be signed by the awarded vendor upon contract execution, and the university’s standard goods and services agreement. Any exceptions to the standard agreement must be included in the proposal.
