Description
The City of Streetsboro is seeking qualifications from engineering consultants for the Layer Zero Frost Roadway Improvements Project. The anticipated scope includes roadway widening, pavement rehabilitation, access and turn-lane improvements, drainage adjustments, maintenance of traffic, signage and pavement markings, and support for public bidding. Evaluation is qualifications-based and considers similar roadway project experience; qualifications and availability of the proposed project team; understanding of project objectives; experience with Ohio Department of Transportation standards, public funding, and applicable JobsOhio programs; and the proposed project approach and schedule. The evaluation form identifies deliverables and coordination expectations including 30%, 60%, 90%, and 100% design stages, cost estimate updates, agency reviews, stakeholder coordination, maintenance of traffic, bidding support, and readiness for 2027 bidding and construction.
