Description
The City of St. John's requires a Roster Framework for Road Repair Service. Submissions deemed compliant with the pre-qualification process will be accepted and placed on a Roster. City staff will utilize this Roster to solicit competitive quotations for specific projects. Suppliers on the Roster will be contacted on a rotating basis for a Second-Stage Competitive Process (Request for Quotations) for Road Repair Service. All requests will be for a lump sum price, and quotes may be required within a short timeframe (12 to 24 hours). The successful bidder will be expected to begin work soon after the quote deadline as outlined in the RFQ.
