Submission Instructions
Description
EPCOR is soliciting proposals from suppliers for equipment used in its substation automation network. The equipment categories include LAN A and LAN B network switches, copper- and fiber-based redundancy network switches, GPS clocks, power quality meters, and I/O systems, along with associated equipment. This is a supply-only contract; installation and commissioning services are not required. EPCOR may award one, multiple, or all equipment categories to different proponents. At least two successful proponents will be selected because LAN A and LAN B devices must be supplied by different vendors. Proposals are evaluated against mandatory requirements and weighted technical requirements in Schedule D, with added value for proponents able to supply a LAN switch and one or both redundancy switches.
