Description
Ascension Parish Government is soliciting unit prices for corrugated polyethylene pipe in sizes from 15 to 60 inches, Sure-Lok tees and reducing tees, and corrugated polyethylene fittings, including 22-, 45-, and 90-degree bends. Fittings must have bell-and-gasket joints. Quantities are estimated and payment will be based on actual quantities verified by the owner; bids will be awarded based on total pipe prices only. The bid is for a one-year period. Pipe may be picked up at the vendor’s yard within a 15-mile radius or delivered to the parish’s Department of Public Works. Freight charges, if applicable, must be included in unit prices, and bids may be rejected if they are not quoted FOB delivered or freight charges are not indicated on the bid form. Equivalent products are acceptable.
