Submission Instructions
Description
The Barbados Water Authority seeks a complete factory-packaged compressed-air system dedicated to air-scour and backwash operations for a DuPont ultrafiltration system. The system must continuously provide at least 76 SCFM at 30 psig at the membrane skid for a 120-second cycle serving one UF train at a time. The preferred package includes an oil-free compressor, integrated refrigerated air dryer, particulate/pre-filter, high-efficiency coalescing and final filtration, suitably sized air receiver, pressure regulation, controls, instrumentation, alarms, and remote-status provisions. The package must be suitable for 400/415 V, three-phase, 50 Hz power and tropical conditions, and must provide clean, dry, oil-free air, preferably meeting ISO 8573-1 Class 0 for total oil. Quotations must include technical sizing and pressure-drop calculations, equipment details, performance guarantees, dimensions, weight, noise level, maintenance and spare-parts information, warranty, delivery period, installation and commissioning requirements, and factory acceptance testing requirements.
