Description
The City of San Diego is soliciting bids for Adobe Enterprise Software-as-a-Service, including licensing subscriptions, support and maintenance services, and a redundant cloud-hosted environment. Exhibit D identifies required Adobe subscription products and estimated quantities, including Adobe Acrobat Studio Enterprise, Creative Cloud All Apps Pro Plus, Creative Cloud Single App Pro Plus, Adobe Captivate Enterprise, and Adobe Sign for Enterprise. The contract is for three years from the effective date, with annual upfront payments and a total expenditure cap of $3,000,000 without City Council approval. Bidders must be authorized distributors of the listed items; substitutions, modifications, and proposed equivalents are not permitted. The response must include the completed pricing schedule and required City forms, including the signed ITB signature page, Contractor Standards Pledge of Compliance, Equal Opportunity Contracting forms, Work Force Report, and Contractors Certification of Pending Actions.
